Replace leaking windows and doors
Francie, a realtor, called us with a leaking window problem on a house she had listed. She had the house up for sale but had no buyers. The 3 leaks inside the home were coming from windows and doors that were installed incorrectly. It was March and it was raining a couple times a month so we had to start immediately. We pulled 2 windows and a double door out to find wood rot, poor workmanship and framing issues. Immediately we eliminated the rot, reframed, installed window pans and put the windows and doors back in correctly. We then resided the home and caulked water tight. The home was back on the market within 3 weeks, working around several rains in the process. Thanks for the opportunity to help Francie.
Our customer wanted to do a down to the studs full home renovation. It was a big project, but we listened to their wants and needs, aligned on what was possible within their budget, and came up with a great plan together!
When we were finished, they had a beautiful new home interior which included 2 new bathrooms, all new walls and flooring, and a super new kitchen.
